GeoComm believes it must be a responsible corporate citizen and strives to make a positive impact in the local communities.  We take pride in knowing that our employees are caring and constructive community members.  We encourages them to be active community members through volunteering and our Volunteering Policy allow employees to be paid for volunteer work that is done during business hours.  GeoComm is very active with United Way (www.unitedwayhelps.org) and other non-profits including Salvation Army where we have volunteers serve monthly lunches to those in need.


GeoComm offers a wide variety of benefits including medical, dental, Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), Health Savings Accounts (HSA), short-term and long-term disability, life and AD&D insurance, and 401k.

In addition, an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is available to all GeoComm employees.  Benefits include 3 in-person counseling sessions per topic, 30-minute legal consultation, 30-60 minutes phone consultations with a financial advisor, referrals to community resources, Will preparation and various other resources that will be helpful to help navigate life’s challenges.

Our wellbeing program encourages employees to lead lives of wellness by inspiring them to take responsibility of their own wellbeing.  GeoComm has multiple committees such as the fun committee, which lead events that focuses on the five wellbeing elements (Purpose, Social, Financial, Community and Physical).

Full time employees receive a minimum of 120 hours per year of paid time off (PTO) to assist with creating a work-life balance environment at GeoComm.  GeoComm also has furlough between Christmas and New Years where most staff are able to take additional time to spend with family and friends.


GeoComm’s full-time employees enjoy 11 paid holidays each year.
