Disability ~ Provided through Guardian
Eligible immediately

Long-term disability plan basics: GeoComm pays monthly premium. Coverage begins on 91st day of disability and provides 60% of wages monthly earnings maximum of $5,000 per month.

Short-term disability basics: Employee paid if elected.  Coverage begins on 8th day of disability and provides 60% of wages (max $500.00/wk).

Life/AD&D ~ Provided through Guardian
Eligible immediately

GeoComm will pay 100% of monthly life insurance premiums for employees up to $25,000. Guarantee issue amount for employee – up to $100,000 employee paid.

401(k) Retirement Plan
Eligible immediately
Payroll deductions are pre-tax. Company match Safe Harbor Plan through Vanguard. Company matches dollar to dollar for first 2% of salary contribution; 50 cents to the dollar for next 4% of salary contribution. Plan has .10% expense ratio and you are eligible immediately. All contributions are 100% vested.

Years of Service
At ten years of employment and every five years thereafter, employee receives their anniversary day off (or next business day).
