Our team is available from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Central Time, Monday – Friday. After hours support is available for emergency purposes only. Please see your contract for terms and dates of service.

How do I upload new GIS data so GeoComm’s GIS Maintenance Team receives it?
We suggest that you submit your GIS map data, public safety databases, and/or other resources to GeoComm via our data submission webpage http://www.geo-comm.com/industries/gis/data-submission/ You will receive a confirmation e-mail once the forma has been submitted and received.
Are there any other details I need to know to submit my GIS data?
- Adobe Flash much be installed on your computer to see the form on the GIS data submission webpage.
- All native files must be compressed into a single ZIP (.zip) format
- The ZIP file must be under 2GB
