GeoComm HotSpot Libraries

The GeoComm Hotspot Libraries are developer components for ESRI ArcGIS Engine 9.2 .NET SDK and ESRI MapObjects 2.4 SDK for easily creating hotspot maps from points, using no other ESRI engine extensions.  Hotspots are useful for helping users visually understand clustering and density trends in data points.  They are commonly used in crime analysis but have applicability across a wide variety of GIS applications.

The libraries are implemented as two DLLs, one for the ArcGIS Engine hotspot library, and one for the ESRI MapObjects hotspot library.  Sample source code demonstrating how to use the libraries is included.  Source code for the DLL libraries is not included.
