Dispatch Web GIS
GeoLynx 9-1-1 Server is a dispatch
Web GIS application that enables tactical GIS dispatch within a public
safety network. GeoLynx 9-1-1 Server will seamlessly connect PSAPs,
responding agencies, and mobile responders, increasing their ability to
gather and share information, and respond to and track emergencies. It
provides a common operating picture (COP) of your agency's geographic
coverage area and emergency response activities for all web users to see and interact with. This helps to create a shared
situational awareness for all users of the application.

GeoLynx 9-1-1 Server creates a COP by overlying dynamically changing events such as 9-1-1, CAD calls for service, and Automatic Vehicle Locations (AVL) on top of your high level of detail GIS base maps and aerial imagery. User authentication controls what maps and events a user can see, as well as features and capabilities exposed to the user. This makes GeoLynx 9-1-1 Server an ideal tool for sharing information across a public safety enterprise, where different groups of users have different needs, such as 9-1-1 dispatch, police, fire, medical, and emergency management users.

GeoLynx 9-1-1 Server “spatially enables” emergency notifications by providing a quick and easy intuitive, front-end for triggering mass out-bound community and staff notifications to wireline and wireless telephones, as well as SMS text and e-mail. This gives you the ability to identify target notification recipients by selecting an area on the map, and broadcast critical messages to the public, as well as your staff teams.
