GeoLynx EOC provides public safety departments, emergency management operators, homeland security personnel, and city, county, or state officials with a real-time "picture" of their operational environments by aggregating data from multiple jurisdictions and plotting CAD incidents, 9-1-1 calls, AVL, and other data on a detailed GIS interface.

It is a Common Operating Picture (COP) with vital information to establish situational awareness for decision support and event management. GeoLynx EOC enables multiple users with different roles to view and understand what is happening within the jurisdiction or multiple jurisdictions.

GeoLynx EOCs interoperable technology foundation is built on ESRIs ArcGIS server. ArcGIS server is an essential component for critical situational awareness allowing display of massive amounts of unified location-based information in a simple graphical format. GeoLynx EOC brings crucial data together for viewing anywhere there is a Web browser: in your office, on your laptop, in your vehicle, in a conference room, and in many locations across your jurisdiction or across the country.

GeoLynx EOC is configurable to work with multiple CAD systems, ALI feeds from disconnected locations, and other systems to display real-time data on your GIS interface. The GIS data depicts roads, boundaries, waterways, and the interface can be used to add shared user drawn annotations, HazMat isolation protocols, 9-1-1 locations, CAD calls for services, real-time vehicle locations, and network cameras. In addition, it displays configured public and private Web services such as weather data or fire maps all within the context of an online GIS map. GeoLynx EOC seamlessly integrates into ArcGIS server enterprises everywhere, bringing the GIS industrys most powerful Web cartographic and spatial analytics to the public safety industry.

GeoLynx EOC is one place to gather and share information, strategize, plan, mitigate, track, and respond to any emergency.
