Introducing the latest version of GeoLynx, the nation’s premier 9-1-1 dispatch mapping system built from the ground up on Microsoft .NET and ESRI ArcGIS technology.
GeoLynx 9-1-1 is a mapped automatic location information (ALI) product designed with the user in mind. Emergency call taking is intense and stressful -- we know. That is why over the past 12 years we have worked with our customer base to continually evolve a product meeting those intense demands.
GeoLynx 9-1-1 Dispatch GIS is a full-featured, professional-level desktop mapping package specifically tailored for 9-1-1 emergencies. This software features instantaneous call plotting of wireline, wireless Phase I and Phase II calls, and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) calls on a digital map. When a 9-1-1 call is placed, our software automatically captures the address, cell site and sector information, or coordinates from the ALI stream and instantly plots a marker at the caller’s location on a GIS base map. GeoLynx 9-1-1 displays the caller's location on the map clearly showing caller name, address, and responding agency data, along with additional information extracted from the map such as property access points and physical structure locations. This geographic information dramatically enhances the ability of dispatchers to quickly and efficiently dispatch emergency response personnel.

GeoLynx 9-1-1 includes an open API for connecting to Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) systems. When calls are added in CAD, they appear on the GeoLynx map automatically. When calls are closed in CAD, they disappear automatically from GeoLynx 9-1-1. CAD calls are mapped in GeoLynx 9-1-1 with icons indicating the nature of a call for service, as well as the CAD call number.
GeoLynx 9-1-1 includes many advanced capabilities including an embedded Pictometry aerial oblique map view, hazardous materials incident management tools, and a sophisticated routing engine capable of creating best route driving directions around temporary barriers such as flooded streets and calculating vehicle driving time from any point on the map.

GeoLynx 9-1-1 directly supports many data formats including ESRI personal, file, and enterprise geodatabases, and shapefiles, as well as OGC WMS, ArcIMS, and ArcGIS Server map services. GeoLynx 9-1-1 is supported by the largest, most experienced geographic information systems data development team in the industry that is dedicated solely to building GIS for public safety, emergency response, and Homeland Security.
